Return and Exchange Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase at the Online Store at hockeycanada.ca. Should a product not meet your expectations, please read the following policy.

The Online Store at hockeycanada.ca (the “Website”) accepts returns of new, unopened items sold by www.store.hockeycanada.ca. Full refunds or exchanges will be issued on in-stock items only for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 28 days of receipt of a return; however, this may take longer for customers residing outside North America. All credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used in purchasing the item(s).

Alternatively, you may e-mail us at: customerservice@store.hockeycanada.ca. You will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number to be included with your return shipment. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without a RMA number.

Please note that returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased at the Online Store at hockeycanada.ca will only be issued through the Hockey Canada Online Store. Returns or exchanges will not be issued through any physical outlet that sells Hockey Canada merchandise. Alternatively, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased at physical locations that sell Hockey Canada products.

Sale Merchandise

Please note that we do not offer price matching or credits for sale products.

Returns and Exchanges

• Any merchandise returned 30 days or more after the date of delivery
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC
• Headwear
• Sale merchandise
• Gift certificates

• Items that have been laundered or altered in any way

Exchanges

You will receive a RMA number to include with your item to be exchanged. Please note that exchanges can take three to five business days to process once the item(s) arrive at the warehouse. Once your exchange is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing the ship date of your new order.

Returns and Exchanges on Gifts

If you received an item as a gift from the Online Store at hockeycanada.ca and would like to return or exchange it, please contact customer service at: 1-877-648-7465 (customers within North America) or: 001-604-629-3463 (customers outside North America) to receive a RMA number. Please note that refunds of gifted merchandise will be issued on the credit card used in purchasing the item(s).

Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped

Should you receive a defective item, the Online Store at hockeycanada.ca will incur the costs to remedy the issue.

Any defective item(s) may be refunded or exchanged. Please note that all defective items(s) are subject to inspection.
